What are these symptoms??!

so for a few months now i've had these mild symptoms, like i have hayfever or a sinus problem or a cold..sort of aches, but not like flu, nasal congestion, sometimes my chest aches and a kind of earache and mild headaches. I thought it was hayfever, taking allergy stuff, sniffing menthal etc.
I kept thinking i had mild covid...but i don't have any of the obvious symptoms.
Could it be stress or mild depression? Or just my mind in general?
I haven't been working and ive been getting really down about all sorts of things. Some crying and general hopeless feelings. Although its mild, i can bounce back quickly.
Any advice?!

Do you get chest burning or nose, ear and throat burning?

My stepdaughter is a paramedic and she said on Saturday that there are so many bugs doing the rounds and it’s making it difficult for people to ascertain whether or not it’s Covid or the seasonal nasties. Hope you feel well soon.
