hot and panicky

Hi just wandering does anyone else get really really hot during the night . every night my bedclothes are soaking and my whole body i put it down to my anxiety but my husband thinks something wrong and no one shoulld get that hot and be wet.Also was wandering if anyone has had like muscle spasams feelings when asleep it feels like my heart beating very loud and travelling down my chest it is very scarey and i always think im gonna die.i hate feeling like this every day my mind is full of thoughts of when will i die i just wanna be normal please help

Yep, me too, i also wake up EVERY SINGLE NIGHT dripping in sweat even though the windows are open and i am on top of the bed clothes.

Me too - I sleep with a sheet and not the duvet cos I get so hot and I have a fan on all night as well!

Hi Jinny,

Welcome to NMP. I only had that problem when my hormones were out of whack and it also made my anxiety worse, might want to get them checked even though they fluctuate daily. Just a thought.
