Panic attacks linked with upset stomach

It seems like I only get panic/anxiety attacks when my stomach is upset. Every panic attack I have is preceded by bloating, flatulence, belching and a tight feeling in my stomach. I'm wondering if the anxiety is causing the symptoms, or the symptoms are causing the anxiety.

Yes I agree I find when my stomach is bad which is a lot lately my anxiety is through the roof and even can trigger a panic attack especially if my stomach is full of wind .
