So have been using a plastic bottle you get concentrated juice in for water when I go to the gym. For some reason I have never changed the bottle I use and have just been using the same one for a year.
I have just seen an article saying you shouldn't do this as the bottles break down and "micro plastics " go into your body which is very concerning?
I also have a plastic retainer i still wear 3-4 times a week at night which bits of plastic have chipped off so I must have swallowed them in my sleep. I have been using a retainer for at least 10 years and it has been replaced at least 6 times due to the plastic chipping and cracking with age and me probably grinding my teeth in my sleep.
Really worried about the amount of plastic I have had go into my body and the damage this might have caused?
