Right temple and side of face feel tight and tingly

Hi everyone,

I am trying not to go crazy right now. I randomly got a sharp right side head pain which seemed to be due to my neck. Looking down on my phone. Because i stretched my neck during the head pain and it started to go away.

But suddenly now I have this tightness in my right temple and down the right side of my face. I feel scared that something serious is happening :(

I don't have much info on what this is- besides I get this feeling alot myself! It's stressful in the moment but it passes and I'm fine! Then it comes back again at another time and the cycle goes on and on.Hope you're feeling a little better xx
