This is embarrassing but I guess this is why we are here. I suffer a CPTSD. My stress reaction is to spend hours on internet chatrooms/youtube and watch old clips of pie in the face comedy/gunge tanks. I love it and hate it at the same time. Its my coping mechanism which i think is better than drink or drugs.
Of late, a huge relapse has seen this get out of control and I'm fed up. Just starting to share my journey. People may think I'm taking the piss but Im not.
Back to the drs and awaiting a diagnosis.
I would like to hear from anyone in the uk: and if you recall these shows even better. Sometimes a friendly face or ear helps.
