Hi, so I'm currently on the path to recovering from anxiety, I don't have the massive anic attacks etc I once did BUT I feel unsettled is the only way I can describe it. Like I'll be doing something and think "oh, I should be feeling anxious about this". This doesn't neccesarilly bring on the anxiety, more like I'm almost going to tip into it. Is this normal? Can anyone relate?

Yeah, I have had the same buddy. You keep looking for it because you expect it to be there I suppose. I did it less over time.

I kinda viewed it as a positive thing precisely because it wasn't leading to any anxiety.

When you've had anxiety for so long, the mind plays trick on you. It tries to make you remember that you've done stuff and had panic attacks in the past. It's always looking for a way back in, and it's all part of recovery. Just acknowledge the sensation, and get on with your day. You won't 'tip' back into anxiety providing you don't add fear to the sensation.

Thanks so much for replying, it's good to know it's a normal.
