Hi everyone
Would love to be reassured. This is my third night without sleep.
A couple of weeks ago I started having pain down both legs.
I called my doctor who asked questions about my bowel and bladder continence, then said goodbye adding to take painkillers if required.

I was really worried because afterward I heard that Cauda Equina is common in people with pain on both sides.

For the last few days I have started to have some pins and needles in my bum(!)
Occasionally in my groin.

I spoke to my doctor again today.
She thinks I don't have Cauda Equina but booked me in for a non urgent MRI scan as reassurance.
I told her about the intermittent pins and needles
and she said not to.worry unless they were very profound and didn't go away.

What should I do?
It says online to watch out for pins and needles in the pelvis😔

Where did you 'hear' that?
