Hi guys, I am currently on day four of antibiotics for a dental abscess. My lips and around my mouth and under my nose has been so swollen but has seemed to go down a lot today, however now my cheek looks a bit puffy and has started to turn red. The area is warm and feels a bit tight, but not at all painful. It’s 8:45pm here and I don’t want to go to emergency, I have a little girl and no family close by to look after her if I have to go to hospital. Do you think I can just go to GP first thing in the morning? Does this sound like cellulitis? And could I get it while I’m already halfway through my course of antibiotics?
