What feels like three pimples on my armpit, possible lymph node issue?

Normally I wouldn't worry about breaking out on my armpit, but considering the symptoms I've been having on and off, I'm honestly scared that my lymph nodes might be swollen due to something like a metastasis of cancer. Apparently bladder and kidney cancer can spread to the lymph nodes in later stages....Theres three tiny lumps in general, they kinda hurt when you squeeze them and they're not totally rock hard.

You really have to try to stop the self examination nonsense. You don't know what you're feeling and even if they are nodes, what you describe is normal and poking and prodding is going to make them hurt and cause them to react. Put on a pair of mittens and go watch a movie or something :lac:
