Hey! I'm an undergraduate student, up at almost-5 again trying to figure out something I can do to help with how my brain's broken. My university's website recommends this site for anxiety so here I am! I don't think anxiety is all that's going on with me (right now I am less anxious and more sad and frustrated) but it does affect me a lot, and I reckon I've got a better chance of finding other people with similar brain situations here.
I go by Jim or Grace, I like games a lot (video and tabletop! :) ) and I like to joke about things, but I'm not joking about you. If some clarification on anything I say would be useful to you or you're worried about it at all, feel free to send me a message asking and I'm happy to clarify my intent or emotion, no questions asked & no explanation needed. (Some of my friends started using this policy recently and it's been really helpful r.e. social anxiety for me).
