Anyone suffer with these? I had my first one back in February started with zigzag flashing lights across my vision then a headache. I had one about 6 weeks ago then another today. It scares me that they seem to come out of nowhere. At what point do you think it’s worth mentioning to my dr?

When it starts seriously impacting your life.

They do come out of nowhere, it's just how they are.

Well sometimes they don't. There are no 'rules' with migraines. They just happen the way they happen.
