Lymph node on torso area worry

The few weeks I had an ache in my testes, had antibiotics which didn't do anything so the GP said he reckons there was an infection but with cycling it's caused a type of trauma. No lumps in my testes so he said to use anti-inflammatories for 10 days then a scan if it's still acting up.

Today I thought I felt a lympth node the size of a pea just down a little from my right hip bone but to the left. It feels bigger when I twist my torso. Obviously sent my anxiety raging so I'm waiting for a call back from the GP. I Googled imaged nodes in that area but quickly clicked off it as it would set my anxiety off higher.

Think I'm just needing to get the stress out by writting this.

I had a call back from the GP, he said it's most likely because I did actually have an infection and the nodes can take up to 6wks to go back to normal. This is assuming I am right and can feel a node and not another nobbly bit.

Anxiety ended up getting the better of me and called the GP again but just gotta wait to see if the teste pain goes and the nodes reduces, if not it'll be an ultrasound. Hoping this settles asap and I'm gonna stop touching the gland but anxiety is bloody high.
