New to this site

Hello everyone, this is my first post on this site, my anxiety has reared its ugly head again, been really fine & coping well with it until my sister passed away last year with cancer I am now back to the usual symptom,s I had before,dizzyness, panic attacks, to name two. I decided to join this forum to hopefully get support& perhaps some friendly chat from people who understand what anxiety feels like,never done anything like this before so looking forward to hearing from you.
