Leber's Disease and Vitamin B12

A couple weeks ago I decided to take Vitamin b12 supplements on a regular basis. However last week I noticed that certain lights are more blurry/cloudy whenever I look at them. However I looked at side effects for B12 and and one of them is Leber's disease, and one of the symptoms of that is a blurring and cloudy of your central vision. I'm 32 and I'm afraid of going blind.
