View Full Version : Not sure if it's anxiety related, but it's making me stressed.

Hi guys. Recently I have not been sleeping well at all. I have been kind of anxious, but not having panic attacks. I have mostly had mild anxiety, but anxiety nonetheless. Anyway, the symptoms I have been experiencing have been upper back/neck ache, earache, and a general headiness feeling.

I'm not dizzy or anything, but just like I have a head cold. It is annoying. I go for sprints to get exercise, but my diet hasn't been good since the lockdown. I have gained weight and let myself go a bit. I think it's comfort food. I have not been sleeping too great either.

I have been up until the early hours. I dislike going to bed at the moment because it takes ages for me to get to sleep. Anyway, I just wanted to know if you have ever had the symptoms I've been getting? The problem is I get even more anxious and panicky when I worry about symptoms, so it's a vicious cycle.

What have you been doing till that time?

What you're ingesting (body and mind) prior to going to bed could very well explain why it takes you so long to go to sleep...
