Its Official!!!

Today I went to see my Psychiatrist Dr Baldwin:D

I have been seeing him now for 7 years:wacko:

Today he has signed me off I am recovered:yesyes:

He said he wished he could tape me to play to other patients cos Im an insparation:D

So after 2 lots of meds, two courses of CBT, a stay in the local psychiatric unit, and lots of tears and tantrums i am finally better!!!

This is not to say I dont still feel anx sometimes or have days when I dont fancy going out!!!

So to anyone who feels like giving up DONT there is light at the end of the tunnell and if I can do it anyone can!!!:yesyes:
