Blood in phlegm

I'm freaking out. I had blood in my spit (sorry) this morning. I am in a very cold area right now. It is very dry and we are running the heater. I had a bloody nose yesterday. I know this is all related to the weather and heat being used, but I am panicking sooooo much. It was a fair amount of blood followed by traces afterward. Of course, I am now spitting regularly to see the traces of blood. Help. I'm spiraling.
