For the past week I have noticed a sort of twitchy tremor in my lip/jaw it’s quite hard to say exactly, but I’m aware it’s happening at night when I am experiencing waking up like a bag of nerves and terrified. I’m conflicted as to what comes first, the worry/ panic or the twitch/ shaking! Worrying so much about going to bed each night as it happens without fail every single night. Am feeling exhausted! Have called the doctor before the trembling thing just to ask for help with anxiety and panic attacks as I don’t know what’s causing them, she referred me to talking therapy. Still waiting for the call from them. Does anyone else have similar experiences? I am worrying now that I have a physical condition that’s causing the trembling, going round in circles😩

All part of anxiety Dolly.
Hard to believe but anxiety can produce physical symptoms.

I hold a lot of tension in my jaw and this affects my lips. I do it without knowing I'm doing it until my jaw feels painful or my lips twitch. Then I open my mouth really wide (hard to do with a lil mouth like mine, but I do my best :yesyes:) and I release the tension.

This is nothing to be concerned about Dolly. It's just anxiety.
