its really interesting how he kept telling himself how great he was ,
so this morning I went to work for one hour and felt dizzy on the way there ,
so I kept telling myself "I am great", but like you said angie , I couldnt remember all the sentence lol.

I suppose everyday I punish myself for being panicky and dizzy , BUT why do I do this ? I just do not believe in myself - so I think I will put these things on paper to read , whilst out :winks: .
