Shoulder/arm soreness, worried about MS or bone cancer?

Twice this week I’ve woken up with a sore arm/shoulder, almost as if I had done a hard workout but I haven’t. I’m worried about things like bone cancer or muscle weakness from a neuro condition. Not sure if I’m just letting my HA getting the best of me but it’s just so bizarre. I’m wondering if it could be my sleeping or if it’s something more sinister

Or...you’ve slept funny on your arm or shoulder. Many many times more likely to be that than something sinister.

Yes, your HA is getting the better of you - therefore it's not bizarre to totally pole-vault over what's logical into the irrational zone.

I reached into the cupboard yesterday morning. I've been in pain ever since. My back feels like it's been hit by a tractor. HA me would be spiralling over secondary bone cancer by now. As it is, my HA is still under control so I'm happy to go with the logical - I've pulled a muscle - option. :yesyes:
