Hi friends, I'm not new to the site but finally decided to join. I'm a long time lurker and this site has helped me a lot over the years. I've dealt with depression/anxiety most of my life but my anxiety has gone to new levels in my 30s. I've particularly struggled with health anxiety and phobias around food contamination in recent years, with it all getting really bad this year with the pandemic. I'm trying my best to manage it - I've started meditating about 2-3 times a week, going on walks regularly, talking with a therapist (but currently still on the hung for a permanent one) and most importantly NOT googling health problems, which has been a huge help. I feel like after a huge downward spiral this year things are looking up again and my anxiety is becoming more manageable again.
