It might help with Ectopics

My doc gave me some advice about how to stop ectopics. She said that when they happen if you place fingers over closed eyes and apply a small amount of pressure they will stop. It doesn't always work but I do find it helps, also if I cough when they happen, that makes them stop. It may not work for everyone but it has to be worth a try. Love to all, Elly
