Hi guys I have fallen off the wagon so to speak. I had thought I had got a grip on my anxiety but out of nowhere I felt sore when I take a deep breath. Feels like muscle but previous googling has come to haunt me.

Does anyone else sometimes feel sore around the ribs/back when they breathe deep when they are anxious?
