Feeling Well

Hi everyone,
I just thought I would write this post to let people who are suffering with anxiety and depression not to give up hope because you can get better.
I have had depression and anxiety constant for 2 years but this last year I have been having really well weeks and its fantastic.
I am not saying that I have fully recovered but I can tell myself in the bad times that the good times will come again. I have now been well for 18 days and I can do almost anything I want to.
I have found this site really helpful in my recovery and I hope I can offer hope to all fellow sufferers.

:) lovely to hear you are feeling better margaret, im also starting to get over the depression/anxiety/panicivebeen experiencing for the last 8months. i read onthe site uncommonknowledge (recommended to me by somebody on here, and i also recommend it) that a depression left untreated lasts for approx 8months!!! ive had bouts of depression before and i think this one was the easiest, coz like you margaret, i knew it wouldnt last, so i didnt get to the suicidal thoughts stage (thank god) and there is so much more help available now through the net.
