Hello everyone, I'm Velvetzelda. I've had GAD for 16 years and recovered with No Panic. Something happened two months ago which brought it all back, so now I'm in the process of re-learning everything! Happy and Healthy New Year to you all.

Something happened two months ago which brought it all back, so now I'm in the process of re-learning everything!Welcome to NMP :) Rather than see it as "re-learning" all over again, you could see it as getting again antiquated with yourself prior to the event that brought back your GAD.
