Heart beat in fingertips

Hey all! Trying to monitor my anxiety better - when I take a deep breath in and out I can feel my heart best into my finger tips - does anyone else feel this! Trying to be calm and tell myself it’s normal .... so coming here to see if this is normal!

You can tell that it should be there, because you can feel the pressure there when you cough? You're obviously just aware of it at the minute.
