I have a general health anxiety about worrying about dying from some illness via old age one day like a heart attack. I tried to reassure myself and say my family are in good health but often I read negative stories on the news. Nobody can be sure but a trigger was last year when my wife almost fainted I worried about general health and with covid like you can be here one day gone next. Has anybody got any good tips from CBT to deal with this anxiety?
