I've been having this spasm/twitch/tremor IDK what it is in my cheek muscles. You can see it moving on the inside of my cheek, very obviously. And it just doesn't happen and stop. Once it starts it happens for HOURS. I'm talking continuous moving for 12+ hours. The weird thing is it starts at night around 10/11pm and will continue while I'm sleeping. I literally will wake up and check and feel it, and then around 1pm it will just stop. Repeat. It did stop for about 30 hours this weekend but started back up last night. It's been going for about a week now. I'm freaking the heck out that it's facial myokymia and I have a brain tumor on my brain stem or MS. I'm realllly hoping it's a nerve irritated from tense jaw muscles but the more it happens the more pessimistic I'm getting. Anyone else have this??
