Nausea but also feeling hungry

Hey everyone, so about 3 days ago I started feeling sick I haven’t been sick though it’s just mild Nausea. I had my dinner on the first day and my stomach was so sore after it felt bloated, gassy and had a bit of a runny bum. Since then I have this sick feeling in my stomach, lots of gurgling and gas but I’m also hungry at the same time too. I Have been eating rather boring to try and not disrupt my stomach more. Wondering if this is maybe just anxiety or sounds like an ulcer or something. Thanks

I know you're looking for reassurance but no one here is qualified to diagnose your symptoms. But just based on your history and common symptoms of anxiety, I believe you know what we would say.

Hi fish “waves” blunt as ever and nice to see you again :-)

You think I would have learned by now, sometimes it’s just a relief to hear someone else say they know what that feels like and yeah I have had that but it was this. I have been stuck in an high anxiety state for a month or so now. Revolving round my health haven’t had that in a long time. X
