So i’ve been getting these randomly for years, i’m on lexapro 15mg right now but wasn’t when i used to get them too. But basically i will be doing something like typing or writing etc.(usually happening when i’m concentrating) and then it feels like my brain just “zaps” and resets itself. like i lose my train of thought completely and its just a random reset feeling. is this normal? should i see a neurologist?

Good old brain zaps. I'm so used to them. They always remind me of a guitar string pulled tight in my brain, and then someone plucks it. They're nothing to fear, I've had these last all day non stop. At a certain point you just get used them. Happens to 99% of people who come off anti depressants.
