Hello all

i've done the most stupid thing ever - GOOGLE

i only googled because every night for the past week i've had a burning left ear at the top. it can last for ages, and its freezing weather.

well i googled an the answers i found were pre cancer and skin condition - not a pretty one

just wondered if anyone else had this trouble it also gives me a very flushed cheek just on the left side.

Hey Sammi.

I went through a phase a while ago of having burning ears every night - really red and hot. I don't know what it was, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't Cancer or a skin condition. It went away as suddenly as it came on.

Not sure if that helps but I wouldn't worry too much

Hi, I wonder if it's something to do with anxiety to be honest, because I got that last month (in fact I think I posted about it) one hot red ear, and cheek, and the other side normal and I was really anxious at the time. I got it several times actually and started to really worry about it (although my husband laughed, which made me laugh too in the end).
But it's gone now.
The day before yesterday my husband got it when we were having our dinner, just one red ear. He didn't care (he's not health anxious) and it went away.
I remember now I'd phoned the doctor when it happened to me, and she said that it could be the aura before a migraine (as I got a migraine afterwards).
Don't worry about it.
Take care.:yesyes:
