Always with the moles, story of my life now. I have a mole on my face that, in the last week, has developed a lump under it. It's just flesh colored, about 6mm, but it's freaking me out. Part of my brain says no problem. After all, it blanches and skin cancers don't generally blanch. But the other part of my brain is going Hmm, you've been thinking about having that mole removed (I've had it since was a child) as precaution, maybe you waited too long. Yes, I do have an appt with my dermatologist in the morning, but my brain just won't give it a rest. It's not a pimple or anything like that. Just scares me - they always scare me. Always, always.
