Good morning all,

I am a 25 year old French man who suffers from anxiety since childhood.
This has been gaining ground for several years now. It was especially during the Covid-19 crisis that it amplified to a degree that I would not have dared to imagine.
I suffered from about a hundred symptoms and thought I had a serious, incurable, destructive disease. So I am also a little hypochondriac now ... Even after a year of frightening symptoms I think I am doomed more or less soon. I hope to find some wise advice here to reduce my anxiety and stop thinking about those illnesses that prevent me from living normally.

Good day and see you soon on the forum!:)

Hello there.. Yeah, life is quite different now with Covid, too much time on our hands to obsess about our health issues. You're 25 and should be enjoying life (as best as possible these days) - even in your own company with games, online interaction(s) (such as here). Try to find other interest online and participate. I'm only on 1 other mental health forum besides this one, otherwise, I'm on tech computer and game forums to distract myself from my ailments. Good to meet you and take good care.
