Hi everyone I used to be on here alot a few years back. This lockdown has really got to me this time , my moods keep changing alot again, quite low moments. Also in the time I've not been on here I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. Would be great to connect again on here. Was really supportive forum I remember :)
