Bruised my liver with my fingers?

I had liver function tests done last month and they came back fine. Nevertheless, I STILL worry! :(

This may seem like a really trivial issue, but is it possible to bruise/damage your liver by constantly feeling the area to check if it feels bumpy/enlarged?

I have been really OCD with health anxiety lately (checking, feeling etc), and have been feeling my liver a lot over the past few days with my hands. What are the chances, and would it show any symptoms if I had bruised it?

Also, would I be able to feel ridges, bumpiness, hardness of my liver with my hands?

Poking that area will bruise the tissue and muscle in that area. But no, you physically can not touch your liver with your finger.
