I've suffered from OCD and health anxiety for most of my life. I don't really want to get into the details, it is really not that important but I say that it was something I feared for a while. I end up ruminating about it constantly, feeling like the thing I fear is certain to happen, like I have no choice in the matter and I end up feeling sick to my stomach, anxious, etc. I just needed to vent. I am feeling overwhelmed and sad.
