Hi all. Need to come on and vent as my anxiety is through the roof today.
I have a sinus infection and I am taking penicillin. I just remembered that last time I had it, I got an itchy arm and so I’m terrified I’m allergic. Now I can’t say that the penicillin caused the itchy arm as I don’t know and it could be a coincidence.
So back to today: I took my first dose just after 3pm. So far, nothing. If I was going to be allergic, would it have happened by now? I feel ok.
I don’t know if it’s just me being anxious as all hell as well but I keep worrying that of I do develop an allergy, I will die from an infection as I won’t be able to have any treatments.
Any help is greatly appreciated!!
