Hi all
So, I was just lying on my back, looking at my phone when I noticed every time I swallow, my throat tendons almost ping/click/twang, (audibly to me) but only when my head is bent slightly forward.
For example, when my neck is straight and I swallow, it feels smooth and there's no "click".
But if my head is tilted downwards towards my chest at all, when I swallow, it feels like the tendons or cartilage in my neck kinda rubs together making an uncomfortable clicking feeling.
Anyone else get this? I'm hoping it's totally normal!
TIA.
