Weight gain

Hi, I’ve been prescribed sertraline for the first time and although it says on the list weight gain is unlikely I have seen some people talking about the fact they gained weight on them. At the moment I can eat what I want and remain sort of thinish so now I’m not sure if I should watch what I eat.
If you were prescribed sertraline did you gain weight?

I was on 50 mg and without changing my diet put on 16 kg over about a year.
I changed to Lexapro and again without changing my diet lost all of it.

It can go either way. Some lose weight others gain it, with most staying about the same.
