Bump under ear

I just noticed today I have a bump thing looks kinda like a welt but not under ear in area where there’s lymph nodes. I feel like it could be a bite or something but since there’s lymph nodes I’m scared it means lymphoma or something. It’s only it that’s spot I don’t feel anything anywhere else. You think this could be a lymph node or bug bite

I get those as well. Swollen lymph nodes caused by a virus usually return to normal after the viral infection resolves - otherwise, consult a doctor. Warm water in the shower does help.
