Tongue twitch??

Anyone else that deals with muscle twitching develop a tongue twitch? I have a flicker in my tongue when I stick it out in the same exact spot every time. I don’t even feel it I just see it. It just flickers it’s weird.

I messaged my neuro asking about it and they said they wanted to see me back this week because of it so now I’m freaking totally out. So scared. Anyone else have this and it be nothing???

Who, under normal circumstances sticks their tongue out a certain way? This is an irrational self-checking behavior eliciting a normal physiological response to back up an irrational fear :wacko:
