Gastritis and breathless?

I was diagnosed with erosive gastritis last week, now I've been getting breathless for a long time, my stomach is very bloated also, anyone else have breathlessness with gastritis?
It's like a tight feeling around my upper stomach area, I've had a chest xray and it came back as a shadow consistent with infection, and the doctor didn't seem concerned.

Hello,
have you been tested for h pylori - it was when I mentioned that tight band around my upper belly, that the GP suggested testing for it, and it was positive.

Reading about it, alot of people said their bloating subsided (in varying degrees) after treatment, but I only start my therapy today so can't vouch for that!
