Hip pain bone cancer fear!!

So since Tuesday I’ve had random hip pain and didn’t do anything to my knowledge to injure it. It feels like a deep ache and it’s off and on worse when I lay in bed for a while. Now it’s on the other hip and leg and I don’t get it! Could this be bone cancer showing up out of no where?? By the way yesterday I ended up getting an X-ray at ER and it was normal. Would Xray show bone cancer?? Ugh I hate anxiety. Attached results below and location of pain

We're not doctors, but my best guess is that bone cancer is staggeringly unlikely.

Are you getting any help for your anxiety?

Sorry you’re having the pain. It may be muscular which wouldn’t show on an X-ray. Maybe try and find some hip exercises on YouTube and see if they start to help? It might be that you need to rest it too.

If it’s still bothering you in a week or hurts more then book an appointment with your doctor.
