So sorry your having a rough go. You're in the right place to talk about how to manage your anxiety. The good news for you is that you've received an all clear, several in fact, so you can actually begin working on your mental health. Have you spoken to any of your doctors about your health anxiety specifically?

Best Wishes

Great! I'm glad you have a good relationship with the doctors but what I'm really asking is if you have discussed your health anxiety and not your health symptoms. Severe health anxiety requires professional help and that generally beings with your GP. They will usually recommend some form of professional mental health assistance and even medication if that is what is needed.

You are absolutely correct that you cannot live your life like this nor should you. The place to start is by talking to your GP about your anxiety. Of course we'll be here to provide support as you go through this journey.

I start cbt again at the end of the month, i had 2 moles removed yesterday, 1 that looked similar to bcc and a really dark 1 on my stomach. I am just stressing waiting for results as i bad a major skin cancer scare last year that was no HA related. Hopefully when i go back to work and get back in the gym next month i can put all this to bed again.
