Random swollen lip

Hi everyone!

For the past couple of months, my lips swell -- suddenly and randomly.
I've read of similar cases on this forum, but couldn't find one where the problem was resolved and a diagnosis made.

Is it obvious swelling, like can other people notice it ? Is it tingling ?

Thank you for replying Carys! Yes, when it’s swollen it’s very visible, but not really tingling.
