Visual Disturnances and tinnitus caused by anxiety/Positive stories please

Hi there, does anyone else get floaters, flashes, ghosted images/after images, scotomas, kaleidoscope vision, halos and starburst caused by anxiety? I was told the increase in floaters/ghosted images and flashes were stress related but somce panicking over this, feeling unable to stop my anxiety, the symptoms keep on escalating! Can anyone relate? Any success stories? Currently seeking help for the anxiety issues.

When in the 'throws' of an attack, I do have those symptoms, best to not give them too much credence, they will pass if you don't focus on them as much; otherwise, they will escalate. Focus on breathing normally and take your mind off the symptoms.
