Today (23rd March) marks the first anniversary of when Bozzer and Co finally gave in and imposed the first full-on lockdown in the UK after hesitating since the start of the month when the original first wave of Covid was rapidly sweeping through the UK like wildfire.

At the time, all our usual freedoms suddenly being curtailed seemed so unreal and beyond the pale, although it was definitely necessary at the time, despite being at least a fortnight too late IMO.

Now, one year on, restrictions are not so unusual for the vast majority of us, but of course we still need to hang on in there in the meantime until the coast is more or less clear, even though we now have vaccines, which up until December last year, still remained a distant dream.

Also our household opinion, and actually we started our 'lockdown' 2-3 weeks before the official one.

Good on you. At least you were 100 per cent responsible and took it seriously, unlike many others!

We also started our 'lockdown' a couple of weeks prematurely, and still have no regrets at all for doing so.
