This morning when I woke up I noticed on my way to the bathroom that my feet and legs felt somewhat numb, like they aren’t getting enough blood flow or something. I got really scared and started thinking my blood pressure is too low. I haven’t been feeling very well recently and went to a&e with chest pain the other day so ive been paranoid this symptom links in with that. The only thing that changed is my new pyjama bottoms were quite tight. Is that enough to cause a feeling of not enough blood getting to my feet and mild numbness while waking?
