Single Red dot bothering me so much

HI everyone,

I haven't been on for a bit but I am now back. Last night right before going to bed (literally 30 seconds before turning off the light) I found this odd red dot on my hand. Now I know a normal person would never think twice about worrying about this, but I have been a wreck all day. It is pretty small and does not blanch when I press on it, so it is under the skin.

I have heard of petechiae, but I keep reading those appear in bunches and stuff. Does anyone know what this could be? Its definitely not a cut or a pimple. I did switch over my winter tires to my normal tires over the weekend, but just noticed this last night. I have no other symptoms, and no other dots like this and feel fine otherwise. Any idea what it could be? im trying not to tailspin here. There is a picture below

It definitely looks to me like a small blood bruise under the skin. It happened to me couple of times, I remember. You probably pinched your hand when doing tires. I really do not think it is anything else.

It’s just a small red dot. Probably a blood blister and should fade in a few days or so.

I have a dot on my finger turns out it is a splinter it is nothing worth stressing over.:D
